Integrations
Ringside brings
your data together
Ad platforms, CRMs, email tools, POS, spreadsheets, data warehouses. We connect it.
Replacing duct tape and hope
Ringside integrates all your data connections into one place, one service and one coherent customer journey.
The problem is never getting the data. Most businesses can get data out of their systems. The problem is what happens next: keeping all those connections running, getting the data into the same place, and joining it together in a way that makes sense to understand your marketing.
It’s how setups become a jumble of exports, spreadsheets and workarounds - duct tape and hope. Ringside replaces that layer and the complexity that comes with it. We bring the data together, match it to the journey, manage the connections, and make sure the numbers still mean the same thing next month as they do today.
The same data that powers the Ringside dashboard is available to you in the same consistent, useful format. We’ve done the work of extracting, loading and transforming it, so you have one coherent dataset to use wherever else you need it. Data Access →

Ringside collects three kinds of data
Your website Our tracker collects visits, events, conversions and revenue, along with the campaign information attached to each visit. The Ringside tracker →
Your systems CRM records, order data, till transactions, subscriptions, product costs, ERP exports. This is the data that tells us what happened after the website, and what a lead or customer was eventually worth.
Your marketing platforms Ad spend, campaigns and creatives. Email and SMS. A/B tests. Affiliate and influencer costs. Anything you’re using to drive traffic, generate demand or spend money.
Ringside joins all three together around the customer journey. Without that, you’re left trying to make separate systems tell the same story.
How we connect to your data-sources
APIs If a platform has one, we use it. For the major ad platforms, that means pulling spend, campaign and ad group structure, creative names and IDs, then matching them back to the traffic they sent you.
Link decoration We add identifiers to your ad links alongside your UTMs, using the platform’s own conventions. That lets us match a visit to a specific ad, rather than relying on often-messy campaign names. Our own channel logic picks up what the tagging misses.
Webhooks and scheduled transfers Some systems push data rather than letting us pull it. And sometimes a nightly file is the better option. We handle whatever works for you.
Whatever’s available We’ve connected to standard APIs, bespoke in-house CRMs and systems where the only way to get data out is a file. We’ve worked from spreadsheets and even emailed reports because that was the only thing available. If a monthly spreadsheet is what we need to connect your influencer spend, send us the spreadsheet.
The main thing we need is something we can match: a user ID, lead ID, order ID, SKU, or another identifier that appears in both places. As long as we have that, we’ll join your data together.
Commonly connected
This list isn’t exhaustive, it’s just what comes up most. If your platform isn’t here the chances are nobody’s asked us to connect it yet. What do you want to connect?
Bespoke connections
A lot of the data we connect doesn’t come with a ready-made integration. But often, that’s some of the most useful data you have.
We’ll work with you to figure out how to get it, build the connection, and normalise it so it can be joined properly to the rest of the customer journey rather than treated as another separate dataset.
We never store PII, so any personal data is removed at source, before we store it at Ringside.
What it costs
In most cases, nothing. Your contract includes the integrations you need, and the platforms most businesses use are straightforward for us to connect.
The two things that can affect the price are volume and complexity. Volume means how much traffic your site gets and how much data we’re pulling in. Complexity means something genuinely unusual, or simply a lot of different systems.
Most businesses have a handful of connections and sit comfortably at the entry price. If yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you before you sign anything. Pricing →
